2 Kaneki was severely tortured by Jason
After he manages to break free, it is implied that Kaneki Ken eats Jason, especially in the anime. However, Kaneki's intention was to eat his Kagune. Since Kaneki didn't have much to do with Jason, he was left there to die when Kaneki went out.
Both actually happen.Kaneki somehow becomes a lot stronger after Jason tortures him, allowing him to defeat Jason. However, what also increases his strength is when he eats Jason's kagune, as eating other ghosts' kagunes will supposedly make them stronger.

Kaneki eventually killed and devoured Jasonbut as he did so he subjected him to the same pain and made him count from 1000 to seven, just as Jason did him. This is additional confirmation that the counting is a reference to Kaneki's insanity, as he was completely insane when he devoured Jason.
Yamoriis a Rinkaku kagune that takes the form of two tails, both covered in spines. The strange character soon shows that it is different from the classic Rinkaku due to its rather prickly nature. This kagune was used by the psychotic and infamous ghoul Yakumo Oomori or "Jason".
